Seemed to have been popular in the US between the 50's and 80's, and my guess most popular in the 60's into 70's based on photos of the ugly paint colors being used for walls.... I just don't get how bright orange or avocado green was ever considered nice for walls and appliances, along with the various other colors found back then, but then 50 years from who knows, people will likely look back and think why did they use white and off white and tan so much for interior walls.

I'd really worry about someone who bought coloured toilet paper to match their bathroom

We are really behind the times in Canada. Not only is toilet paper other than white hard to come by, this morning I discovered that in addition to all the nice colours I remember in the UK, they now have scented toilet paper, including a Christmas one of mulled spice.

You bloody philistine, dodgy bog paper is how you end up with perianal dermatitis. I got me a bidet toilet seat from Costco. I felt like Mick Dundee when I first used it.

That’s not unusual...especially in the US.

Seriously? To the point of stopping traffic.

I have a friend the UK clip is a set-up to get views. Nobody would do that.

I rarely order from Amazon US but I sent my parents some small gifts for Christmas, and I like the feature Amazon has in the US that gives a window of when the parcel is due to arrive vs the arrive by 9pm that we have in Canada, for example my dad's package is due to arrive today, and they give the time frame of 12:30pm to 3:30pm, I'll have to check in a few hours and see how accurate this feature is.

US gets all the neat features at these online companies.

Nothing will change there until the people want change, so far majority seem content with paying through the nose for healthcare.

Amusing video though, great entertainment.

So its about time for fire alarm testing again it appears, odd since it hasn't been a year but whatever, last time they (company and strata) that too many people were not home to let the fire company access to the unit most people are working between 1pm and 5pm, so this time they are doing it from 4pm to 8pm, but have chosen December 24th, I wonder how many people wont be home for this inspection...lol

I've just realised that I can only mount my bicycle from one side. It's one of these things you do intuitively without giving it a moment's thought, but when I tried to do it from the "wrong" side, I couldn't keep my balance properly.

From the left, same as getting on a horse. At least your bike isn't going to kick, bite, or try to throw you off.
