There seem to be a few more things in the Brit section at Walmart than I remember.

I like the occasional jar of Rose's Lime marmalade but at almost $6 it seems a lot. So I was pleased to discover today that there was a Robertson's version for a mere $2.47.

I used to love Roses Lime - they used to sell it at Bulk Barn, might be worth checking (because it was cheaper there) - it's usually on a shelf right at the back of the store!

It was Bulk Barn where I first saw it, some years ago before Walmart stocked it. I don't remember it being any cheaper there. Assuming you mean marmalade and not the cordial.

They had some candy tins I didn't remember, coconut cream cookies....still no raisin Yorkies/Clubs.

We have a Raccoon roaming our back yard right now. Nocturnal?

Certainly only seen one at night previously. Looks a big bugger too.

Does it look healthy? Sleek, doing anything erratic?

It looks quite old, moves slow. No sign of it being rabid and not bothered by the presence of three people.

Apparently it did climb a tree...it didn't look fit enough.

Not being bothered by the presence of three people may be a sign of rabies; if it's a wild raccoon. Wild animals are supposed to be shy of people. If it's just old and creaky maybe it's waiting for dark so it can go die under your porch.

Keep any pets in - it's possible it could have distemper.

Since I posted (edited) about climbing a tree, it climbed our fir tree. (looking for Alvin)

Step daughter is on the case...

Thanks for the link. Cat only goes out leashed and only on the deck...that is when he doesn't try the great escape

I was thinking that. There was a lot of distemper in the GTA when I was working in animal control. Coons were being euthanized every day.

Bristol, did he have anything wrong with his eyes?

I wasn't close enough - not one of the three

Apparently last night it was on the deck looking through the window while stepdaughter was looking back. No obvious indication of the signs to look for.

No sign of it today...so far.
