I somehow clipped my rear tire a while back and a few hours later is got flat. Replaced it with a new one, and literally a week later, clipped it again and had to replace it a second time. Pretty annoying.

Yes indeed. The tire shop is giving a discount as they are the same ones who replaced it a few months ago, they are only going to charge for the tire, and waive the labor fee.
