Default Property Management, any recommendations?

Hello there,

Just wondered if anyone has positive recommendations on property management companies in the Okotoks area of Alberta.

We have moved back to the UK (er indoors extremely homesick but loving life now, sadly for me) and have been trying to sell our town house in Okotoks but without joy. We have had an interim tenant in for a short period but now we are looking at in terms of an investment.

The plan is to find a management company and rent it out formally for the next couple of years, not looking to run it as a business or to charge stupid rent but allow us to recoup some of our outlay.

Let me know if you know anyone,

Cheers
