If it is restricted it could be. Research what you can bring in from the Ag Canada and Health Canada websites.

I just read some of your blog and whilst I think its admirable that you changed your diet to assist your diabetes - liquidising meals to aid their digestion is something i'd rather leave until i'm about 100 years old.

Here is a good supplement supplier. I used to deal with them in the UK. They're expensive but don't have all the nasties they put in the cheap ones...

this is the site that customs themselves use to see what you can and cannot bring into Canada, click on the bottom where it says (AIRS)

I use this site every time I cross border, you type in what you want to bring back and where from and it tells you if you can bring it across the border

Strange - there is a place in Red Deer that offers candling! It's one of the things I would like to learn.

Dunno, but if someone is willing to pay good money for candles in their ears, why shouldn't I learn how to do it?

Not that I can find courses here

No, it's the people willing to pay for weird stuff that's mental. I would like to learn the weird stuff, so I can take peoples money and earn a decent living, but it's too weird for Red Deer, so, it's either massage therapy or book keeping

I bet you'd find a market for ear candling with happy ending. A specialised market, admittedly.

Aaaaaah glasshopper - I see what you do I tend to agree with DBD that you would have some success - for some reason bumpkin Canadians jump all over stuff like this

I would also suggest a trainee firefighters course as well though.

You could offer massage (of the normal variety) / bookeeping at the same time - as I see it all you'd need is a table, some waxy things, a lighter, some oil, a pencil and a calculator. Minimal overheads really
