It was a beaut of a day. Lunch at the Spitfire. Not on the patio though, a bit nippy for that.

Three views from the front of the house...
Two this weekend and one over Christmas when the lake got stolen...
Sadly it is only a winter rental. House is about $700k and the ones on the lake side of the road start at $3.75 million... Ouch.
Shots are a bit poor as the are Galaxy S2 grade...

It's mainly the Lake Okanagan frontage and the associated bit of beach and pier etc that send the prices so high. Gardens are very steep on that side too.
There are a few grander ones, but mostly all around same size (3500 sq ft), with the biggest one apparently 5000 sq ft, but no doubt kitted out with posher stuff on the inside.
They are nearly all a) For Sale, b) owned by Albertans or c) Both.
Just down the road there is a street where there are $10 million houses. Mental. Someone there has recently paid about $6 million for one and just tore it down and built a new one in its place...

Bit of a long shot. Trying to put my snowblower back together. Took it apart about 3 yrs ago and can't remember how it goes LOL. If anyone knows where the rod and spring 1 & 2 attach under the tank and to the carb(I think), I'll buy them a chocolate egg
