Like the sound of your adventures, Jimmydean. I quite fancy an RV one day. And a pool. And. And. And.

Sorry Coffeepot did you mention my bear pic? That's even sadder on my part.

You were lucky still trying to get our money back from CC looked at more flights but im not prepared to travel all over Canada at an extra £500 to get to NS for a week ;)

So we opted for a week in southern Spain near Gibralta and taking our son girlfriend and new baby granddaughter awwww

have a heated pool and sea view what more can you want eh

Will try again next year probably spring time as soon as the planes start again

Here is the list ..... and he who dares laugh buys me a drink !!!!!

1. make all necessary appointments and arrangements/bookings for doctors - dentists - opticians - swimming lessons - sports groups etc by the end of this week and don't leave it any longer.

2. Go through old jobs done list for past 6 months and make out and send invoices so I can get some money to pay for swimming and sports lessons for kids

3. Don't go to bed leaving the kitchen untidy or without stacking the dishwasher thinking "too tired - do it tomorrow".

4. Do at least one hour of ironing a week - more if I can persuade myself that it won't really kill me.

5. Go to school secretary and explain that Chloe needs a new "Justification school book" because I left the other one in her school bag by accident and it turned to papier machè in the washing machine this summer !

6. Find a gym that holds some kind of morning keep fit class for adults (not yoga and not treadmils and pretend bikes) and stick to it.

7. Repaint all the woodwork in the house and get quote for new lounge windows.

8. Clean out the linen cupboard and pack a bag for next charity collection of old towels - sheets - tablecloths and other stuff that has not been used in last 12 months.

9. Make English books last longer by putting them down occasionally to stack dishwasher - do iorning and paint woodwork instead of finishing one book in 2 days and then feeling disappointed that I've nothing left to read.

10. Try to be more patient and loving towards kids - especially when they are just being themselves and it's not their fault that I am knackered, poorly, in a bad mood or suffering stomach cramps.

Oh ...... and write a truly stinking letter to the Town Hall asking them why they thought it was a good idea to dig up half the car park and all of the pavement around the school in September just in time for the beginning of school and with around 500 kids or more needing to get in and out, when the bloody school has been closed for the past three months !!!!!!

last one ......... remind myself of what I loved when I had time when I was younger and sit down a couple of evenings with paper, canvas, pencils and paints and do some artwork again !

RIGHT this is a quick pass in pass out

Bar person could I please have 16 shots of tequila lined and primed thank you.

If possible could you also tell me whether drinking these will make me in the slightest bit intersted about studying calculations for net asset value per unit??????

What was that sorry - I would find them funny after 16 tequilas?

Good double that I want to find them f******g hilarious as opposed to tedious a buggery. :frown:

Off again to study - <falls out of door, hits head on wall, throws up in the gutter and goes to order a kebab>
