OMG an offer on the house
Well after being on the market for a couple of months we had our first viewing yesterday. A nice couple who aren't in a chain and from their comments they really liked what they saw. OH got a call from the estate agents today saying that they had made an offer on the house, just under the asking price

They've up their offer twice this morning so we've accepted, so fingers crossed we could be in Canada in 5-6 weeks
