OMG an offer on the house
Well after being on the market for a couple of months we had our first viewing yesterday. A nice couple who aren't in a chain and from their comments they really liked what they saw. OH got a call from the estate agents today saying that they had made an offer on the house, just under the asking price:D

They've up their offer twice this morning so we've accepted, so fingers crossed we could be in Canada in 5-6 weeks:thumbsup:
