Perhaps my comment was tongue in cheek, perhaps it was a serious suggestion, it was most certainly NOT carping.

I find it bizarre that a thread which asks perfectly good questions, eloquently phrased, should turn into the topic of banning.

I find it no more bizarre than anything else that happens on this forum.

FWIW my first thought was as a couple have said - eloquent troll. Seeing as he hasn't been back to follow up.
