the book is by steven Raichlen (barbecue Bible) got some yummy stuff in itnothing like chopping garlic to stink to high heavens but well worth it. have to admit Im a fresh ginger nut I love the smell of fresh ginger okay that makes me happy it dont make me a bad person

OH NO CHEATIN dbd33 cant smell from there you have got to BAG the smell and then I can tellSouvenir GINGER is not EVIL its Oh La La as chopped garlic. hums a bloody tune but you know when the right stuff is being used (well untill you try the soddin thing) then discover where the hell did that come from But smelled good while cooking Must have been the over powerfull garlic and GINGER fryingI do love my b-bq.IF DONE RIGHT
