There was something called the Crusades, I believe a few nations were invaded , a fair few people killed and enslaved and entire cultures aimed to be eradicated let alone some problem with a religion or three.
Of course, the British Empire took over the rag tag nations of the far east. Slavery, taking over control of resources, expansionism etc, were all part of that.
You may not have a very long memory. Other nations and cultures certainly do. Centuries of bitterness and resentment trump your few self-centred miserable years of life on the Island of Retarded Small Minded Knuckle-Dragging Muppets.
So next time you're doing the old Seig-Heil to the Union Jack with a pint of warm beer in hand and a sneaky glance at the cricket on TV, perhaps you'll remember your BE history lesson from the "thought police".
