Seiki BD660 from Walmart. The second one we bought was $78, no idea what the price is today.
Note that many cheap Blu-Ray players can be hacked to play multi-region DVD, but the BD660 is the only one I know of that's multi-region for Blu-Ray as well.

I bought one of those as well. When I was in the process of purchasing it I needed the staff on electrical to get one out of the security net they had over the boxes. While he was getting me the box the staff member told me that in the 6 months of selling the model they'd had zero returns and he was now considering getting one. It would appear the staff use this as a "check before you buy" system.

Yeah, the BD660s have lasted much better than the $200 LG Blu-Ray we had before it; that one died after six months, spent the best part of a year in for warranty repairs and they eventually sent it back saying they couldn't fix it or replace it. First and last LG product I've bought.
We bought a second BD660 because our old multi-region DVD player died and we leave one set for US Blu-Rays and the other for UK Blu-Rays so we don't have to remember the magic remote code to switch between them
