The fact that he was so well hyped and marketed is WHY so many people 'appreciate' his supposed talent. Like so many other areas of life if you wish to 'fit in' (which sadly is a part of humour nature) you can not go against popular opinion (whether you agree or not).

MJ= talentless wonder who was well produced, well marketed and well hyped, as far as his music is concerned you can say no more and no more less.

To describe MJ as a "talentless wonder" is perhaps the most patently unsubstantiated and ludicrous thing you have ever posted here, and that bar was pretty high in the first place!
Now, I'm not saying that there are not perhaps better singers out there, or better dancers, or better songwriters or that slick production and marketing did him any harm, but he clearly had more talent for singing and dancing than 99.999% of the people I've ever come across.

To describe MJ as a "talentless wonder" is perhaps the most patently unsubstantiated and ludicrous thing you have ever posted here, and that bar was pretty high in the first place!
Now, I'm not saying that there are not perhaps better singers out there, or better dancers, or better songwriters or that slick production and marketing did him any harm, but he clearly had more talent for singing and dancing than 99.999% of the people I've ever come across.
