I have two middle-aged mates as examples of the ghost of healthiness future; one skis, sails, plays football and generally hits anything wearing a skirt and the other shuffles about wheezing in neuropathic pain while half the BC grape crop is hanging out his arse. :lol: |

By the time they're done it will be closer to lunch, bacon-wrapped Pad Thai and chili chicken drumettes. I was going to toss them in a Buffalo and whiskey sauce after baking, but now I'll wait and see, maybe Ranch dressing instead. I keep forgetting to buy blue cheese dressing.

Since the new year, I've been taking my lunch to work. Today in my lunch box is a chicken and spinach whole wheat wrap, a marinated carrot salad, grapes and some walnuts. People have noticed that lately my office smells a little fresher. :lol:
