A kale, Swiss chard, orange, banana, flax seed and goji berry smoothie. The key is the banana and then cleaning your teeth afterwards

We have health and fitness inventory assessments in the early spring so its time to hide the take out delivery menus and quit playing video games. Its just been so cold lately to go out for a run and I get really bored on the rowing machines.

Green goop (spinach, apple, orange, banana and flax seed smoothie) and now for a quick 5k run in the sunshine while checking out the beautiful seawall babies, booyah!

My take on that would be to put the beans on the bread with the egg on top of that

Skipped lunch today

Breakfast was a single round of toast (home made bread)

Dinner tonight is the third go around since Sunday of leftover pork shoulder roast ($0.88/Ib total cost $5.47) of shared 3x3 (9 meals total), me, wife & FIL. Served with gravy, potato & a single veg.

Two days ago dinner, I cut chunks off the same pork roast & made curry, in the pot was potato, green pepper, lots of onions, spices, curry concoction served with basmati rice flavoured with turmeric. No bread

We managed to get several sandwiches off it also.... so its almost gone, still enough for one more sandwich

This is lunch again but on such a cold snowy day, I'd rather have some extra spicy lamb bhuna, rice pulao and some peshwari naan. :(

It's not too bad although I put a tad too much fresh ginger in it.
