Chicken with penne with roasted garlic and mushrooms with rosé sauce. And garlic bread.

Tried the McDonalds 12 (disastrously forgetting that location doesn't do salads).

It wasn't bad but seems to be another example of mcdonalds trying to sell burgers of some sort for $2 higher than a standrad one.

So I took the plunge today- and realizing the tiny portion size went for the two-for $6 offer.

Off to microwave it now...

Salmon and mango salsa with a Greek yogurt Waldorf salad. Nothing funny or remotely interesting about this meal it just brings to mind the Bernard Williams article, The Makropulos Case: Reflections on the Tedium of Immortality.

It was excellent. Karma to Mr Bristol. Needed both packs to make a suitable lunchtime portion but for $6 can't complain.
