As its back to the grindstone today I've brought a nice flask of ancient grain and lentil soup and some leftover Christmas chocolates and assorted goodies for a pudding. :thumbup:

Also first day back. Fried eggs on toast with lashings of HP sauce for me.

Actually I'm quite in favour today as I brought in a 4 and half pounds tin of shortbread that I was given as a present. :eek:

Hence why I didn't open it. I think it worked out to something like 12,000 calories in the tin, of which 36% of them consist of saturated fat. On bright side they were from Scotland.
