I tried to post Cheap Flights yesterday about 5 times without success, so I was glad JonboyE did so. Dogging isn't bad either. Let me rephrase that......

I flew Rynair recently and its true - they try to charge you extra for everything and the boarding pass print costs are insane...
However, its a choice to use them, my flight was cheap, on time and comfortable - I paid £20 extra to board fast and sat right at the front, more leg room than any flight I've ever had. If she wanted handholding all the way through she should have compared the price with BA flight, even with the £60 surcharge for not meeting their condition I bet it would be cheaper.
I read an article recently that airlines are struggling to meet costs due to high fuel costs/tax so they are actually only making money on the extras. Certainly flying has become very expensive (I fly a lot, business and pleasure) but it you pick a no-frills airline then you have to set the expectation and prepare. Simples.
