Our problem neighbours (not sure exactly who lived there, how many lived there, or what the midnight "deliveries" were all about) moved out two months ago, leaving a real mess behind. Never mind, surely we'll be able to sell the house now, especially as the landlord (a martial arts expert who is not a guy to mess with) seems to have lost his enthusiasm for being a landlord and wants to sell we thought. But no, our new neighbours (fortunately the sound system in the boot of the car is bigger than anything they have in the house
) seem to like the piles of black sacks in the back garden so much that they have decided to decorate them with the piles their rather noisy rottweiler is leaving behind. And in just 4 weeks they have added an old mattress, a broken home gym and a broken dining room chair to the stunning piece of what must surely be considered daring modern art developing against the fence. After waiting for CHC to pull there fingers out and getting everything else sorted you couldn't make this stuff up
