Short story: I had to be in Barrie for family reasons, which would have coincided nicely with meet-up. Car died when I tried to drive down to Toronto, mostly blew my budget getting it fixed. Missed meet up. Left Barrie at dawn this morning, got home in record time to find my street closed for St-Jean shenanigans.

I'm glad to hear you all had a good time, Even if I'm feeling miffed & jealous.

Just a quick line to say it was nice to meet the few of you that were there on Friday, and put faces to names, funny how you build an image of some people in your head, then when you actually meet them, they look nothing like you imagined!

Anyway I enjoyed sharing some of my experiences and stories with you and listening to others in return!
