OMG, it's armageddon!!!
My local shop has employed security to stop customers fighting over the goods! Apparently people were falling over each other to get to the tinned food!!! :ohmy: |

It doesn't have to be hard work here though. You either:
a) park vehicle in heated double garage, enter garage through door from house get in, open auto garage door with remote, start vehicle and drive, or b) Lean out of front door and start vehicle with remote starter, let vehicle warm up for 10 minutes then jump in and squirt windscreen with -40 degree washer fluid (yes it really works) and off you go all nice and toasty (that word belongs in another thread) |

Likewise, many in Quebec would struggle if they had to endure prolonged (months) temperatures of around ~48c such as Abu Dhabi. Different countries, different climate, different experiences, different expectations in weather, different direction in investments from the public and counclis/governments etc. |
