BC needs cash so they were sold...
The red sun this morning was creepy looking.
Looks like environment Canada has a cooler forecast for YVR now, high of 25 and windy although humid so will feel like 30.

Had to put trousers on instead of shorts for the first time in 6 weeks, we have had great weather here in Calgary, turned cold and cloudy yesterday and cooler still today, but sunny today!
Was due to fly out to Baker Lake Nunavut on Monday on a consultancy job for 4 months, thankfully secured another post in Calgary. Otherwise winter would have arrived early on Monday.

Today is the worst I have experienced so far, air quality is horrendous. On a scale of 1-10 we are at 24. You know it's bad when you see people walking their dogs with a face mask on.

Surprised anyone is walking their dogs.
Having experience bad bad air from fires in 2003, I know first hand how bad it is to live with such poor air quality and crap in the air. Stay indoors as much as possible.
