Good Morning/ Afternoon now

They are 9 7 and 3 and the eldest two have just gone out for bread at the shop, but still out.

I love pyjama days but the kids just find them frustrating now, will have to drug them for the next one

Hubbie is off for the hols so we intend to do some clearing out and sorting. with some dog walking/ swimming /meeting friends and generall chilling out before the mad panic sets in when, IF our Lmo finally gets here the kids need to spend lots of time with family and friends, cos hopefully we wont see them for along time (in a good way).

Carrie, you lucky thing, it took for my kids to turn 8 and 6 before my mum n dad would have them over night..they have the youngest alot now but thats because he's my mums favorite,

Aww thats a bit mean - mine make sure they are equal on what they do with each of them - whose turn it is too chose etc...

They took Evie to Spain when she was 3 - for a week, sonce then she has gone every year and Theo joined when he was 3 too I think - they are now 13 & 9 and just assume that they will continue to do it ever year !
Hmm - may be a bit of a shock next summer!

Its nice that its the same place that mum and Dad have had since I was 15 - so I know people that have grown up and they have had kids too - so they have lots of friends over there - british and Spainish!

Wow International children, they are very lucky...My parents always say they will do stuff with the kids but I have to prompt them and remind them constantly which is rubbish, my mum even told me she found my middle child *difficult and clingy*(which she isnt at all?) my folks visit my brothers house every week but my sister has to invite them to hers with a red carpet and gold plated invite, families are weird.

Any way looks like the stalker is coming for tea so the kids can tidy up for me...I wonder how long it will take before they decide they're not bored any more

Is that wise - do you actually know the stalker??

Think my kids have benefitted from me being an only child!

Oh's parents - well - Dad no where to be seen - last heard of in a caravan in Norfolk via Goa! - has a few other kids lurking that Oh has never met!

His ma is ok - but a bit of a wet blanket!! doesnt drive - cant possibly get the train or bus over to us - needs to be mollycoddled etc. . . !!

Must be something about other halves, mine was brought up by grandma with mother still around a bit...Grandma (Mam) and grandad (Dad) split up and then remarried so hubbie has 3 random moms... the best has been Dads new wife
His real dad died when he was 16 but left random brothers and sisters every where! his mum (biological) had 4 other kids all with different dads so if we managed to trace them all ther'd be hundreds

Bio mum wouldn't come to visit cos she didn't want to leave the dog with her Husband???
Families are weird and I can't wait to get to Canada so theres a real reason why they don't visit

Dont have a clue who stalker is, It might be fun to find out,
