then it's not toasted properly............... At least that's what I was told when I complained about the rather overtoasted offering that Tim's provided earlier today. According to the customer service challenged young lady she could show me a picture from Tim's HQ that dictates bagels must be burnt when toasted!!! That's Canadian customer service for you

every time I order a toasted cheddar cheese bagel I open it hoping to see a non burnt one - call it a little game of expectation.
