The Weather looks like it is going to be great, the Beach will be filled, the locals won't venture out, traffic will be deadly, LAST long Weekend of the summer.

Buy your wine today, tomorrow, the LCBO will be jammed.

I didn't realise it was a long weekend. That's nice.

I live in Owen Sound, but I'm sometimes in Wasaga Beach with my company. How can I not know about these Cornish Pastys?!?! Can somebody tell me where to find them? I've been telling my Canadian girlfriend about the theory behind them for sometime; it's time she tried them! ;)

The Superstore do Cornish Pasties (alongside the cooked chicken counter!) and a trip to Fiona's Bakery (Mosley Street around beach area 5) is worth a trip if you fancy the odd Brit product!

Turn onto moseley street from highway 26, there is a small Scottish bakery/tea room on the left hand side next to the wasaga sun ofices. They sell home made pasty's which are delicious :)

I am going to be booking with Fox Moving and Storage, KatyM (andrew & kate) recommended them and they actually came in over £500 cheaper thean my previous best quote. Look as if are going to fly out on 20th October, container leaving here the day before. Just need to sell this house now, but got a viewer this lunchtime and another Saturday so things could be looking up.

All the best
