How do you sleep at night???
No, not an enquiry over how clean your conscience is. :eek:
But what do you cover yourselves with at night? Are you old fashioned British with sheets and blankets? Modern British with duvets. Or more Canadian with sheets and comforter and heating the house at night?? We have our tog 13 goose down duvet and sometimes a bedspread if its cold. We have the furnace set to come on if it gets to below around 12,13 degrees. A Canadian friend who stayed over thought we were pretty odd to have the house so cold.??? We have the bedroom window open a smidge too unless its very cold. Some argue that if you keep the heat constant then you end up using less energy as you arent heating the house from cold all the time?? What do you reckon???? |

Automatic thermostat turns down to 16C at night and back to 18C in the morning. We have a half bath off the master bedroom and Mrs_P like to leave that window open at night. :eek: New furnace and thermostat seems to bring temp back up without over heating the house like our old one did.:) |

Personally I sleep on the roof naked but I noticed that the previous owner had the heating set at 68 degrees F. for nightime and 72 for the day. What's that in celsius?
68F = 20C 72F = 22.2222222C A little to warm for me. ;) |
Re: How do you sleep at night???
Duvet.
Cat. Thermostat set to 15C overnight. Going to bed right now. Nighty night! |

Duvet - I hate sheets.
Automatic Thermostat goes down to 16C at night and up to 20C in morning. Then off back to 16C for the day until just before we come in them it's up to 20C again. |

You may want to reconsider the naked bit once winter sets in, it's also more difficult to get up there with the snow and all. :p

Re: How do you sleep at night???
I don't turn on the heat as it never gets cold enough.
I sleep on my back, usually without a pillow, under a duvet... fuzzy flannel in winter. |

Oh yeah... I share my bed with my roommate Brandi. We like to undress each other and rub baby oil all ourselves. We light a few candles as this allows our perfect bodies to glisten on the web cam.
