I have just been reading about the South African chef who is not having his New Zealand visa renewed as they say he poses a drain to the Kiwi Health Services.
Nice link to test how you do.

All results strictly private! I have gained 5kgs since being in Canada, and I am now determined its going to go!

That's probably due to portion size. Was thinking about this the other day, and why NA packaging gravitates towards larger portions (e.g. A 250g large bag of crisps vs a 150g large bag). First I thought this might simply be because the average household has more fridge and storage space than in Europe, but I'm now wondering if it has to do with transportation efficiency.

Oh great, that's really cheered me up and set my mood for the day.
I'm going to waddle off, heave my lardy arse to the kitchen, and contemplate which salad leaf I want for lunch.

Hmmm.... Not getting on those scales again without a helium balloon in each hand!
Apparently I'm most like an Egyptian woman and I need to work towards being Indonesian!

I wonder if they are sending all the smokers back home, and the postive genetic testing people, and high cholesterol, uncontrolled diabetics, underweight people, drinkers, runners,
So many to chose from.

my weight fluctuates quite a lot
just before i left the UK i had lost more than 2 stone, but i've put it all back on since coming here
i'll lose it again once i've started proper eating habits, but i've just been really lax about it for the past while
my belt has all the holes used
that's how much i fluctuate

I'm thinner than 79% of my doughnut-eating, Tim Horton's swilling, non-exercising countrymen. Take that fatties!
On a lighter note, I need to move to Brunei to feel like one of the crowd!

Though the global stats link doesn't work on my phone I wiki'd it and at 30.1 I'm fatter than the average Samoan, but not as much as a Micronesian or Tongan. It's all the food and beer.
