Yeah, I'll be doing a visual inspection of the structure today for sure but what's more important to me is that I feel comfortable in the space; do I feel cozy, safe and warm and that there aren't other 'housing' issues like a leaky pipe, pest infestations and that there aren't other liens against the property's title.
