Hi, Just starting to think about the new ski season, and we were wondering if anyone has been to Wintergreen near Bragg Creak and what they thought about it for a young family kids 6 and 4 years old.

It closed as a temporary measure in 2002 and permanently for 2003 and i think RCR sold it to the golf club.
Nearest skiing to calgary is Nakiska.

Not strictly true ..... The Canada Olympic Park is a good place to start kids off skiing/snowboarding, and easy to do after school etc, until they become more competent and/or you want a real mountain. http://www.winsportcanada.ca/cop/index_cop.cfm
