Here's my happy for today:
--Went for a sushi lunch with coworkers. Always yummy.
--The weather is nice enough (just) that I could walk there. (A whole 650m walk... and two of my coworkers drove. Okay then.)
--I am leaving work in 32 minutes, and it's a long weekend!
--This weekend is also my 2nd wedding anniversary!
Just keep swimming... just keep swimming... just keep swimming swimming swimming...

Jealous of you being in Florida though!

My husband has family in Florida as well, we are hoping to visit this coming winter to get away from the cold! I'm actually looking forward to it.
But having been to Florida in the muggy months of July when it's more humid than Toronto... well...

Don't hide your jealousy Novo! BE is a place where you can admit your true thoughts

It is a nice place to visit but i'd never live here thats for sure, so I agree there.

I knocked one off (just like any other morning) before breakfast and the world became my oyster.

I liked working in parts of Florida; the Space Coast had a nice, "world moved on, drunks left behind" beach bar feel to it. The Keys were fabulously snob "her over there, her house fronts the Hudson, but there's no actual access". The Portofino Bay Hotel defines tackiness, it gives Vegas class. All in all, it's New Jersey on vacation.

I am happy because it's the long weekend, my friend is coming to stay tomorrow and we have Lindt Easter eggs ordered from the Easter bunny for Sunday.

Did you know that Florida is the flattest of all the contiguous States? And has a Governor by the name of Chad (perhaps Jed) Bush?
Either way, they're both candidates for hanging.

Thank you both for the kind thought. There's snow on the ground here, patchy, but a foot deep in places.

LOL! That is where I am staying and I totally agree! Though it is a decent hotel otherwise. I like the Hard Rock hotel better though, we stayed there a couple years ago whilst here.
