It's not a restaurant, but Thriftys food at the Whatcom exit of Abbotsford does good pakoras in their deli - it's true that the whole "Canadian Indian" thing seems to mostly consist of butter chicken! I've resorted to cooking from scratch but miss Tesco's meal in a bag!
