Yahoo News has it here.
Galloway termed the decision "idiotic" after Citizenship and Immigration Canada deemed the outspoken politician inadmissible on security grounds. He was exploring his legal options Friday, vowing to fight the ruling with "all means at my disposal."
Kenney's office noted Galloway has expressed sympathy for the Taliban cause in Afghanistan and provided financial support to the Palestinian group Hamas, listed in Canada as a terrorist organization.
Didn't he visit Saddam Hussein during the first Gulf War as well?
He has just taken an aid convoy of food and medicine to Gaza, but was apparently told to offload the food before the Egyptians would let him into Gaza. The Egyptians say food has to go through Israeli checkpoints.

I'm OK with him being denied entry if its for active support (donating money) to Hammas as their actions have made a bad situation worse.
I am against people being barred for what they say, no matter how badly I disagree with them.

Why is it that any western politician who stands up for the
Palestinians and trys to educate people about whats really
going on is classed as a threat or a terrorist supporter
The world needs more people to stand up and im disgusted
he has been denied entry.
He certainly has his flaws I am not denying that but people
should listen to the man, take away the personal opinions of
him listen then make your mind up.There are plenty of truths
in what he says belive it or not
Think for a minute and imagine if your home land had been
sliced up and your family subjected to years of suffering, poverty
etc, we all in can sit in our nice wee houses with our nice wee car
outside and sod the rest of the world and some disgusting reality.
For me im beginning to rant like George but I am more peeved that
Canada refused him entry considering he is a British MP.
Can you imagine the British goverment refusing a Canadian MP entry.

I would support the UK stopping anyone from visiting the UK who supported a terrorist organisation. Any country has the right to refuse entry to anyone, and they don't need to give grounds. I believe even diplomats and embassy/consulate personnel are in-country at the grace of the host nation even though the buildings are classified as the visiting nations territory for diplomatic purposes.

Martin McGuiness, Ian Paisley, Gerry Adams. All moved with relative freedom through out the UK and all supported Terrorist activity on one side or the other of sectarian divide.
The UVF and IRA to this day have not been declared as legitimate political parties ANYWHERE. Hamas (whatever your personal views and reasons for holding those views) is, as was stated (by I believe Novo) a Democratically elected ruling Party.

No, that's that's 3 times in 24 hours that BC has agreed with me. The world's coming to an end.
