Exactly...not just because of that in BOLD, but also because it's got nothing to do with work productivity of the person. In my line of work, I wouldn't want anyone that isn't up to the task just because they happen to be Hetero, certain colour or gender, as opposed to a competent person that happens to be Gay....couldn't care less as longer as the intent of "higher" is being met, and the mission is accomplished.

Doesn't the fact that people using them have to apologise all the time for sending gibberish suggest that the device is a bad idea? People who type messages without having access to a proper keyboard are behaving as rudely as those who telephone from a mobile phone in Canada "Eh? What? Say again, I'm on a cell.
