It's a big deal "at" work, Most people work remotely and use a background in Teams/Zoom/Whatever; there's a policy of encouraging rainbow themed backgrounds for the month.

Saw there was a bit of a backlash when some men in the parades decided that being gay allowed one to walk down the streets exposing one's 'tackle' for every one to see.
Personally, gay or not, I don't think that's acceptable.

Is that an actual? I thought there was maybe an indecency thing on exposed or exposing genitalia in western cultures. Quickly looking this up , it would seem not. However many places do have naked, naturist rides and walks so it is a bit murky.

I'd be wary of the angle of the dangle in public with anyone to hand. Very wary.

As a matter of fact, only a small amount of Canadians identify of Lesbian or Gay, but all are Canadians. I think this is roughly 1 Million out of 40 Million Canadians. However in Toronto it seems Gay Pride is so strong, it makes it look as if at least 20 Million of Canadians are gay or lesbian?

Thus I am wondering if Gay Pride is a bit too long and overblown in context of comparison of Canada Day and Remembrance.
LOL

I did once end up on the wrong side of Hanlan's Point during a Pride Weekend. The first and the last time I went over to the island for social purposes.

Apparently the ten seconds of sheer horror I was exposed to was nothing illegal.

I put my head down and walked very quickly focusing on where I needed to be not where I was.

Scary.

May have been better to walk with your head up. Less chance of a sudden encounter.

Gives new meaning to the term Swinger.

Have to say that pride month being way too long, about 29 days too long. I wonder why pride events or 'weeks' are held on different dates in various places. Seems a bit like spreading out Canada Day over all of July.

If 'love is love' do you accept the same principle applies when a woman and man love each other, have an affair even though they were married to other people? That can also be extrapolated to various scenarios that likewise make me cringe. This LIL is a weak attempt at justifying unnatural behaviour.

Are you sure they were men? These days they're just as likely to be called women of the trans variety.

What's the unnatural behaviour that's being justified?

People on pride floats who are waving their willies about are clearly identifying as gay men. Women, transgender or not, do not helicopter.

The World Naked Bike Rides go naked. Not related to anyone's sexual orientation. Some people go full monty, some not. They ride for environmental causes, or as the one in Chicago said, "more ass, less gas". Although how anybody can sit a bike seat naked is beyond me - it's bad enough with clothes on

As for seeing male genitalia - pfft, when you've seen one you've seen them all...

Don't worry, nothing exposed in the vid.
