Hi Folks, After the European Court threw out the above case I had given up hope, but it is still alive.
I received an email asking me to sign a petition that will be raised in the House of Commons in September if they get 1000,000 signatures. to date they have just over 16,000
//www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/pensonalfinance/offshorefinance/9086024/Appeal-to-expats-to-sign-frozen-pensions-petition.html)[/EMAIL]
This appeal was in The Telegraph around the 17th of Feb. this year.
Seemingly the Tories promised to correct the injustice.

Don't hold your breath though.
Meanwhile my wife, who has never worked or contributed to the state pension, gets 60% of what I get. Go figure.
