Thats just cruel and unusual... Are they colour coded for days of the week:confused::lol:

I realise its a confessional thread, but some things really are best left unsaid. Once its out on the internet it can never be removed!

They are not colour-coded. My original pair (leather) are scuffed and thus now limited to indoor use. I have an identical pair that are in better condition and thus used for socialising. Another leather pair, similar but not identical, are kept in reserve for formal occasions. I keep the slipper version for trips to see the outlaws. I have a plastic Chanel-type that are for wet use.

I get similar abuse about my Docs. Cherry Docs are not gay. Black Docs with yellow laces are not gay either.

Cherry Docs are in no way gay when worn with a pair of Levis with a 1"turn up, a ben sherman shirt and a crombie coat or harrington style jacket. Braces are optional as well as the red handkerchief in the left breast pocket of the crombie. The harrington jacket MUST have the royal stuart tartan lining inside.
Black docs with yellow laces is definitely gay.

So why did the Docs come with yellow laces?

OK. I did buy them in Brighton.

Perhaps you could recommend him those special socks to wear with them too:unsure:

You could offer guidance as you are an expert in socks and summer footwear.

No worse than the machines at car parks as long as you stop close enough.

Pay attention, that was my point. Close enough is hard when you are 5' tall.

Leather Crocs? this is news, I was only aware of the plastic holey clog variety.

I know its the internet and everything, but doing something once (OK, maybe twice) does not make you an expert:p

This is exactly what I meant about information on the internet being impossible to reign back in:o

A general rule of business as I know it: do something once and you are experienced, do it twice and you are an expert.
