Anyone been out on the roads today? We have to take someone to the airport for the 10pm flight.

It sounds ok now but would prefer to hear first hand.

Daughter drove from downtown to north of the airport early this morning...she didn't mention any problems.

You must be near us. Apparently the basement car parks are full of water, mud and sewerage. All the condos' lockers are flooded too...not to mention the cars.

I drove right across town southwest-to-northeast this morning - flooding at the junction of 427 northbound and Rexdale just north of the 409 caused a bit of delay, but otherwise no problems in the airport area at all. I took 403/401/427/407/Hwy7 to the 16th Ave/404 area and had a pretty good run. Will be doing the reverse a bit later on this afternoon.
