It was egg nog that caused the West Point Riot. Now's the time to start checking Wholesale Club and No Frills for half price egg nog, and I'll try to get the lite variety if it's there because the regular is just too rich.... Actually, break an egg, teaspoon of sugar, smidge of vanilla extract and some milk well beaten together makes a decent nog, we used to make it at home in the old days.

When we were kids we didn't get any, but now make the nog, add shot of Demerara or whatever and touch of nutmeg and there it is.
