Tight clothing.
I don't mean like latex
But like a thick coat when the zipper gets stuck, I get really claustraphobic.
I probably couldn't go pot-holing either, or get buried alive, but I don't think the tight space would be the bummer in that situation
But I'm fine in lifts etc.
I love heights! no idea why, but I could easily stand at the edge of a cliff and lean out to stare at the death below. Drives Ailsa mad

Huge Waves, Stormy seas, Tidal waves... they freak me out, and it's ever since my sister tried to duck my head under the water at the seaside when I was little. I can't even watch adverts on the tv with surfers on them waves... I get terrible nightmares if I see any of them!

my fears are common -
spiders - I do actually hyperventilate when they are on the wall or ceiling because I can't do anything with them. If they're on the floor I run and scream like a baby but come back with a massive book (kept catalogues in the UK for this reason) and drop it then stamp on it just to make sure it's dead!
flying - I have to take diazapam to calm down as my palms sweat and I become a nervous wreck. I did a flight from London to Budapest last year, only 2 hours so I thought I would try without a tablet. I was walking towards the plane and started crying and hyperventilating So I took a tablet.

Daddy long legs. I will scream if those long wiggly legs touch me.
