Estate Agents arrghhhhhhh
Hi
This morning, I had to remind my Estate Agent that she working for me, the fee paying customer and not the purchasers. When I was asking questions like have they or when are they ...it was you have to wait. When I came off the phone I was raging so I emailed her and sent a copy to the Assistant Manager.
Within 5 mins I got a telephone call telling me x y and z and an apology.
Incompetence is not what I need in order to complete on the 28th Nov.
