Ovaltine biscuits.

Never liked Ovaltine but the biscuits are nice.

Had an Ovaltine phase for a few months (many many years ago). It never returned. Cappuccico today, probably closer to NB elevenses than UK, but it was extremely good.

Today I made a broth using the bones and carcass of yesterday's goose. It tasted so good that a cup of it became my elevenses.

I'll be having a word due course.

There is, by the way, something now called the "carnivore diet" where the only thing people eat is (you guessed it) meat ! I really don't know how they can process it.
