My prediction like that means anything

Liberal Minority and another 600 million election in about 12 to 18 months.

What if the Conservatives win? If it's as close as the polls show that might happen.

Wouldn't it be amusing if no party ended up with enough seats to form government on their own, wonder if no coalition could be formed, would that mean another election? Not entirely sure how it all works, in the 2017 BC election no party got a majority of total seats, and while the BC Liberals got the most seats it wasn't enough to form Government, and when they tried, the NDP and Greens shot it down, than formed their little coalition which got NDP into power.

I assume it works similiar in the federal side if one party isn't able to form a government?

It's not a new picture, if I recall he did this a couple of times and there are a couple different variations of him doing it, granted in the 1990's this type of Halloween costume wasn't exactly seen in the same light it now is and was more common than people may realize, not sure when he did it but based on the photos looks like film, and so seems like sometime in the 1990's or early part of the 2000's?

Yes it could but with minority Govts of any stripe it often leads to another election. Basically the NDP have been supporting the Liberals for the past 2 years so I don't believe they will become a Minority/Majority party any time soon.

Doesn't matter when it was took it is what it represents today and in todays climate a big NO NO.

I did a little research and it's from the same time as the original pictures just a previously unreleased photo - doubtless held back for a time when the likes of Boiler can proclaim it as 'new' - ie now.

Yes, all of which was covered previously and put to bed with suitable embarrassment. You'd think there would be enough for his opponents to focus on but maybe having to go back again, perhaps not.

If I was eligible to vote, my choice would be NDP but I shall laugh my socks off if Conservatives tactics like this backfire.

New does not equal now

I assume it was from the time the others were taken but this one may be different in that is in colour

Interesting that it was held back until the night before voting, just as the earlier ones were released late in the campaigning in 2019.

This PPC candidate in New Brunswick reminded me of General Jack D. Ripper in Dr. Strangelove: We cannot allow Communists to come in and sap our precious bodily fluids.
“Breathe deeply into your balls. Imagine your testicles expanding like lungs. When you exhale, imagine your testicles deflating like your lungs would,” the Canadian political candidate
four weeks ago. “Most men never breathe into their balls consciously.”

Few men can reach. The PPC being a party of fat old white men I suppose they have to breathe into each other's balls.
