Edmonton rental /buy market.
Hi all,
Anyone who has already moved to Edmonton, apart from the few online property services, what are you experiences of cost of renting on average? I'm going to look for a 2bed around 1000 sq foot. Is bills included cheaper? Are there better prices than the rental companies online? What are the pros and cons.
Here, I pay my LL direct via bank transfer. I hope to save a few K toward a deposit for Canada but as a newcomer- it will be tough to build credit enough to buy. I have however, seen the newcomer packs from banks, that appear to help newcomers.. Does anyone have experience of this with buying?
