Just an update about BLAH DVD from the UK, have brought loads of dvd and stuff, never had any probs from customs ( touch wood ) and they are really quick, had some dvds that arrived after 4 days , can't complain about that.

I bought my last DVD's from amazon uk and didn't have to pay extra postage for sending to Canada - they came in split packages and I didn't get charge duty.

I always check the prices on all the sites and work out $ - Â£ what is the best deal even if I was to pay duty etc.. and with the present exchange rate the UK price always wins. I even priced the Apple Ipad and it is a better deal in Commet UK than BestBuy in Canada or US.

the only think we have to watch is buying blue rays - it is hit or miss if they work, some do, some don't although we got told to buy a cheap blue ray (Walmarts) as it will play all regions.

Disney DVD's in particuarly were lots cheaper in the UK - the only thing was we then don't get disneymoviereward points, although they now have a UK one so I can email the points to my daughter.
