Seeing as there are some serious elements to this thread...

I use the soft solids, don't like sticky roll ons', don't like the solid solid and why anyone would want to spray freezing cold stuff on their nice warm body (armpits) is beyond me.

I will buy DD Impulse (we have discussed this already) when we are back in the UK as the body sprays here are really artificial and all you can smell is the chemicals.

I have to confess that I don't use deodorant. I haven't for about a year, and I don't notice the difference, and I'm very cleanliness conscious. But then I don't perspire much and shower frequently...

I know what you mean about dying the tops yellow. In fact I have refused to buy eldest daughter anymore white tops as they seem to go really yucky with any deodorant here and end up in the bin after a couple of months.

I always used Sure in the UK and now use solid Lady Speed Stick. It's ok and does the job, guess I've got used to it now.

I always used spray stuff back in the UK, but as you can't get here it here, I switched to roll on. I tried the speed sticks and they just gave me a horrible rash. I get Soft & Gentle roll on imported from the UK, or get visitors to bring me loads. I'm good for about the next 2 years
I've tried lots of different deodorants since being here but don't seem to be able to find one that doesn't make me itch (I have an allergy to some preservatives in toiletries and cosmetics).

Bodyshop UK do a really nice roll on that dries quickly and doesn't contain any aluminium, which is why I decided to try it.

Comes in blue - chilled and breezy, pink- fresh and floral and green - cool and zesty. Also available in a stick if you prefer.

Hope Bodyshop in Canada stock them too.
