Cold mouse hand
#17
Where is your mouse located? It could just be a problem with overstretching.
I spend most of my day on a computer.
I used to get horrible back/neck ache, along with wrist ache.* I cured all three problems almost immediately by fixing my desk so that the mouse could fit next to the keyboard, and by lifting my monitor up a few inches.
<*Bit of a gift, that one. But no.

I too have a cold mouse hand, and it is often white/blue even when not on the computer, but I have manky circulation anyway.
The other hand is resting on a hot water bottle. When it goes cold I know it is time to come off the computer!!!

try switching which hand you use the mouse now and again
you'll get the hang of it after a while and it will give the other hand a break
also , shoulder massages - from personal experience i know how
the neck and back can effect hands
also forearm massage now and again - all those millions of micro contractions all add up and once you've had your first proper massage of those muscles and hand you'll feel the difference

In my young teens there was something I practiced with my left hand but we won't go there.

But I'm not sure that making my left hand cold instead of the right one would be an improvement.

my point is you could be overdoing things - damage may occur
even though you are not feeling a temperature difference
but if you not interested then thats your issue

Try this site: http://www.dhgate.com/wholesale---ch...e3bbc4fa3.html

I have just discovered while trying to find some for myself, that you can get a whale-shaped one and a pig-shaped one from Amazon for £5.95 free P&P.

Tried that already! There are some fab designs! Only problem is, you can't buy single ones here - this is a wholesale site. I could buy 15, but I don't have that many hands

How about a nice pair of warm fingerless gloves instead. http://gizmodo.com/5363313/stuffed-a...-office-weirdo
