Default Christmas sandwiches

Does anyone know of a place/company that does a nice Christmas sandwich in Canada, something along the lines of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, onions and spinach or lettuce on a nice wholegrain bread?

I'm mostly kidding. However, when I'm desperate, their Christmas sandwiches do the truck.
