It's just a sandwich cut in half then stacked up for the picture - if it was a 3 slice sandwich like a club it would only have 1 slice in the middle..

I went back to the photo and looked properly. You are right, it's two sandwiches, but they still look dry to me.

Hmm - I - don't - know.... it's sort of smooshed down on the turkey on top, implying that it's soft. If it was denser artisan type bread it wouldn't be flattened out like that. Left over turkey breast is dry, put stuffing and gravy on it. The spinach is a nice touch.

Those do sound rather tasty. The rest of you are a bunch of philistines when it come the majesty of the greatest sandwich known to man. Its just pure Christmasy goodness, in a sandwich. It could only be bettered if it came with some warm turkey gravy for dipping.
