For anyone who participated last year, and had active picks: Your previous picks have been automatically transferred. You have until January 15th to update them.
If you participated last year but were missing replacement picks, I've deleted your line and you'll have to readd yourself.

For anyone new: Join in on the guessing game! Pick any 5 celebs you think will croak in 2017. You get points based on their age at death - 100 minus the age of death. (For example, if you had Carrie Fisher, you'd get 40 points, as she was 60 when she died.) You then pick one of your 5 to serve as your joker, and you'll get double points if that person croaks. (If you'd put Carrie Fisher as your joker, you'd get 80 points.) When one of your picks croaks, you get a new one.

The spreadsheet is open, so either add your own picks, or if you're having trouble, just post your picks here and someone will add you in.

BE has had a Croakers thread for the past, don't know, 5-6 years? You don't have to play.

It's the first year I've looked to see what it's all about and unless I've misread it I think it's rather bad taste. How can anybody think it's acceptable to be betting on who is going to die in a given year???

Been average the past few years, mainly due to lazy research and copying others picks been a little bit more thorough with my investigation this year

I had him in 2015 but dropped him for 2016 as, by then, I was concerned that he'd no longer count as being famous.

Liz seems to be having trouble getting rid of that "nasty cold".

Could be worth a punt, if only for a few points.
